Dr. Craig S. Fleisher is Dean and Professor of Management, School of Business and Public Affairs, College of Coastal Georgia, Brunswick, USA. Recognized as one of Canada’s top MBA profs by Canadian Business, he has been President, Meritorious Award winner and Fellow of the global association of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), founder and inaugural chair of the Competitive Intelligence Foundation (501c3 - Washington, DC, USA), former Editor of the Journal of Competitive Intelligence & Management, is an editorial board member of the Journal of Public Affairs, International Journal of Technology Intelligence and Planning (Inderscience), Asia-Pacific Public Relations Journal, South African Journal of Information Management, Canadian Journal of Public Relations and Communications Management, and Business & Society (Sage). A recognized global expert who has helped many multinational companies and institutions improve their analysis and planning processes, Craig has authored or edited over 10 books - several of which have translations into Chinese, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, etc., including among others the foundational CI effort Strategic and Competitive Analysis (Prentice Hall, 2003) Business and Competitive Analysis (FT Press/Financial Times, 2007) and the Financial Times Guide to Analysis for Managers (Financial Times, 2009). He is also a Docent in Business and Information at the Tampere University of Technology (Finland), a member of the graduate faculty in the MScom at Università della Svizzera italiana in Switzerland, served/serves as an adjunct or visiting graduate faculty at universities in Australia (Macquarie, USydney, UWS), New Zealand (Otago, Waikato), South Africa (Pretoria), and the UK (Leicester Business School), has written scores of articles, instructed, facilitated workshops or keynoted meetings in over three dozen countries, and has been a recipient of various service, research and teaching awards.
